Brilliant challenge. You've inspired my mum and I to start our first co-reading challenge - we're beginning with the Pulitzer Prize winners from the last 10 years :)
Hi Linda, probably not - as I read quite a few of them earlier this year. I might make a few exceptions—for example I quite want to re-read My Brilliant Friend, especially given I never read the full series and the fourth book is also on the list. Time will tell!
I’m reluctant to begin this list. In general, I don’t love books from the past century (few exceptions: Faulkner, Steinbeck, Dickinson, Erma Bombeck….). 😬 When there is Milton in the world, what need for contemporary prose could there be? But for you, fearless Lucy, I will try a few.

This is GLORIOUS to hear. I shall have to check out the list!
Love this! Good luck :)
Thank-you!
Love a challenge like this! Will you be re-reading the books you have already read?

Any that take your fancy? I'm reading The Days of Abandonment at the moment and I think you'd enjoy!
rooting for you on your challenge and I hope NYT books will see it!
Thank-you so much! And so do I!
Let us know when you complete it 💕
Aim is to have them finished by February 10th 2026 (the night before I turn forty!) but will certainly keep you updated along the way 😊
I can see that NYT story of yours in print already. Fly, Lucy, fly!
Here's hoping!
